Subprocessors

Portmux Data Co. uses a small set of trusted third-party vendors ("subprocessors") to deliver our website and migration services. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to use customer data only to deliver its service to us, with appropriate security and confidentiality obligations.
We update this list as our vendor relationships change. If you are a customer and would like to receive email notifications when this list changes, email us at Ryan@untappedconnections.com.

Change notification
Before we add or replace a subprocessor that will process customer personal data, we will update this page. Active migration customers may also request advance notification by email per their DPA. Customers who object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds may, with us, work in good faith to find a commercially reasonable alternative; if none exists, either party may terminate the affected engagement per the terms of the Engagement Documents.
